1. Account and security

We adopt a triple guarantee mechanism:

1.Bank-level fund custody (cooperating with the world’s top ten banks such as Standard Chartered and Citigroup)
2.PCI DSS 4.0 certified encryption system (each transaction is independently encrypted)
3.7×24-hour intelligent risk control monitoring (suspicious transaction interception rate ≥99.6%)

Our data centers are ISO 27001 certified and:

1. EU user data is stored in Frankfurt node
2. Support the exercise of the right to data deletion (completed within 30 days)
3. Provide data portability export tools

2. Payment and Settlement

Covering 200+ mainstream channels, including: ▸ Electronic wallet: Alipay/WeChat/PayPal/Venmo
▸ Credit card: Visa/Mastercard/Amex/JCB
▸ Local payment: GrabPay (Southeast Asia)/PIX (Brazil)/UPI (India)

Depending on the region:

Asia: T+0 real-time payment (9 a.m. to 9 p.m.)
Europe and America: T+1 working days (including automatic currency conversion)
Emerging markets: Supports “accelerated settlement” value-added service (additional 0.15% handling fee)

3. Technical docking

The standard process is:

Sandbox test: 1-3 working days (full test data provided)
Production environment configuration: 0.5 working days (automatic certificate issuance)
Grayscale online: supports batch traffic switching

Our global network of edge nodes guarantees:

Payment API: 99.9% requests <300ms
Query API: response to millions of data in seconds
Automatic retry mechanism: up to 3 smart retries when the network is abnormal

4. Fees and Bills

Standard rates include:

Pay channel basic fee
Currency conversion fee (using live mid-range exchange rate)
Basic risk control service fee
Value-added services (such as customized reports, dedicated customer service) are billed separately

After logging into the merchant backend:

Enter “Financial Center” → “Invoice Management”
Select the invoicing cycle (supports generation by transaction/time period)
Automatically push PDF electronic invoices to registered email addresses (including VAT/GST number)

5. Global services

87 countries/regions are supported, including:

Asia: China/Japan/India/Six Southeast Asian countries, etc.
Europe: EU 27 countries/UK/Switzerland, etc.
America: United States/Canada/Brazil/Mexico, etc.
